We are looking for a motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about working with data and want to build a career in analytics and business intelligence.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in data analysis, problem-solving, and data visualization, along with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies. You will work with different teams to collect, clean, analyze, and present data in a clear and meaningful way.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources.
Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Write SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data.
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business teams.
Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
Perform data validation and identify inconsistencies or quality issues.
Support business teams with data-driven insights and recommendations.
Maintain accurate and well-documented reports and datasets.
Assist in developing and improving recurring reports and dashboards.
Communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Learn and apply new analytics tools and techniques as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Understanding of databases and relational data concepts.
