We are building a modern engineering platform and are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to help shape the infrastructure, tooling, and developer experience behind our applications.

You will work across cloud infrastructure, automation, container orchestration, CI/CD, and internal developer platforms to create secure, scalable, and self-service capabilities for engineering teams. The role requires strong engineering fundamentals and a focus on automation, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable internal developer platforms.
Develop self-service tools and workflows that improve developer productivity.
Build and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment.
Design and manage Kubernetes and container-based environments.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
Implement Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform.
Establish monitoring, logging, alerting, and platform observability.
Improve platform reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
Create reusable services, templates, and tooling for development teams.
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application deployment issues.
Implement security and access controls across platform environments.
Collaborate with software developers, DevOps, SRE, and security teams.
Contribute to platform architecture and technical standards.
Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or a related field.
Strong experience with Linux and cloud infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development workflows.
Experience with scripting or programming using Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages.
Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
Understanding of networking, security, identity, and access management.
Experience designing reliable and scalable infrastructure.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
